Comedies

Merely Players

A community theatre is producing a local author's play, "Aesop's Fifth Toccata and Fugue in D-Minor." Their play is a mess. The director is insane. The costume designer is ready to challenge him to a death-cage match, and the entire cast is mixed up with one love triangle or another. It's a farcical approach to community theatre, perfect for actors of any age or talent. This play is currently unpublished and is available for your company to workshop or produce without royalty! Full-length comedy in three acts. (4 men, 2 women, unit set) Contact David LeMaster for details.

Esther's solution? She'll marry the black man at the end of the block, and together, the two of them will adopt and raise Kip. A comedy that asks dramatic questions, YEstherDay explores issues of age, race, love, and the ideal family.
